In January of 2012, due to my technical experience background and large backlog of product issues across all the product lines, I joined a newly formed team tasked with prioritizing and resolving the backlog of issues. Leading a team of 6, including myself, we triaged, priortized, and planned how to resolve the issues utilizing the skills of four Software Engineers and two Tier 2 Engineers. In around 3 months, we resolved over 50% of the issue backlog across the product lines. In addition to leading this team, I also operated in a Tier 2 role on this team.
