Product Specialist - Snagajob

In March of 2011, I started at Snagajob to help support a burgeoning SaaS E-commerce product in it's infancy. The month-to-month use of the product allowed small businesses to have the ability to quickly post jobs for hourly positions at their locations and then also handle the application process electronically. In guidance with the product owner and marketing team, I supported our customers when they experienced issues and also our internal Account Operations team to guide on best practices of the products.
Below are some of the main responsibilities during this time:

Point person for any issues and product questions for an E-commerce SaaS product

Performed in-depth technical trouble shooting of reported issues utilizing SQL and other log repositories

Worked with Software Engineers to identify and determine fixes for the reported issues

Worked with Account Operations to create regular repeated reports and to perform ad-hoc requests for account implementations

Assisted in consolidating data for analytical purposes in conjunction with Product Marketing
